We get to hear directly from the participants and discover what Breaking The Walls has meant to them, the experiences they lived, and the impact the project had on their journey.

I: Could you introduce yourself and tell us about your experience with the Breaking The Walls project?

F: Hi everyone, I’m Federico, also known as Bboy Doxino. The Breaking The Walls project is one of the best things that ever happened to my breaking career. From the very beginning, it gave me incredible opportunities, allowing me not only to travel, but also to take part in some of the most important contests in the world.

I: What opportunities did the project give you?

F: The project gave me the possibility to travel and experience some of the most important events in the breaking world. I had the chance to take part in Outbreak Europe in Banská Bystrica, World Battle in Porto, and Czech the Style in L’Aquila.

Being able to experience these events was a really important part of the project for me and gave me the opportunity to be part of some of the biggest contests in the world.

I: How did the project contribute to your personal and athletic growth?

F: Being followed by expert teachers helped me unlock a deeper side of myself. Throughout the project, I was able to train physically and mentally every single day, which contributed to my growth as a breaker.

The guidance of the teachers was an important part of this experience and helped me work on both the physical and mental sides of my breaking.

I: What role did the workshops play in your experience?

F: The many workshops included in the project gave me the opportunity to exchange views with professional breakers from all over the world.

Being able to interact with pro breakers and exchange ideas with them was another important part of the experience, giving me the chance to learn directly through these encounters.

I: What would you like to say to everyone who made the project possible?

F: I really want to thank all the staff behind a project like this. Breaking The Walls gives you the type of experience that drives you forward as a breaker and, more importantly, as a person.

I’m really grateful for everything the project gave me, and for the experience I had throughout this journey.
