Trainers

Our team brings together expert breakers and a Dance Movement Therapist who will guide Gen Z participants through sessions designed to improve both physical and mental well-being through dance.

By combining breaking practice with elements of Dance Movement Therapy, the workshops create a space where movement becomes a tool for self-expression, emotional awareness, and stronger social connections.
